Last year(Shyu!) I was able to order my first shirt online. Vintage, Awesome shirts that are only available thru online ordering has been around for awhile now and it's quite a good business. Everything is so easy now and it's only a short wait. I love it when pro players wear such awesome shirts during tourneys and also some actors and actresses rep these kind of shirts wherever they can. My interest peaked during EVO 2011 when I saw Peter Susini (FlashMetroid) sporting that white SEGA Swag shirt. From there, I was determined to get my own. And I did :). It was a simple process and I'd like to share it to everyone whose interested.
First things first, you need to have Paypal. Of course, this isn't really required but it makes everything so simple and almost all online shops that deliver globally prefer Paypal as their default (and most reliable) method of payment. Head on over to paypal.com to get your own account. Remember, you need to have a credit card to register for a paypal account.
If you have paypal now, then it's time to get that shirt! For an example, we are going to use Brokentier.com because I love these guys and their designs (Am gonna order one of their shirts soon!) and they have simple displays of shirts.
Once you have chosen your size,color,etc. you now click add to cart and then checkout and here, this is the point where you enter tour info. This is where Paypal shines. Paypal auto fills everything important and all you have to click on order. Now, the wait is around 3 to 4 weeks (Basically a month of waiting) and it is delivered by the post office. When it arrives, you need to pay around 40 pesos for release and that's about it. I'd also like to note that most of these sites have superb customer service so if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to ask them via email. They list this information on their sites.
